Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Insights you agree to these Terms. If you use Insights on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity of members you invite. Owners and administrators control access to their organisation's data.

New organisations receive a 14-day Professional trial with no payment card required. Paid plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain all rights in the survey questions, responses, datasets, reports and other content you upload or generate. You grant Insights the licence needed to host, process and display that content to your authorised users, and to provide AI features you activate.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. When we process personal data on your behalf we do so under a Data Processing Addendum available at /dpa.

AI features can make mistakes. You must review AI-generated summaries before relying on them or publishing them. Insights is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on unreviewed AI output.

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or for non-payment after reasonable notice. You may cancel at any time from the billing settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insights is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by your organisation for that period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
